A vacancy has arisen for a Councillor at St Annes on the Sea Town Council for the Kilgrimol Ward.

For there to be an election of this position there must be a minimum of ten signatories (from the actual ward).

Requests for an election must be made to the returning officer at The Fylde Council TOWN HALL by 26th February otherwise the vacancy will be filled by co-option.

If an election is called, it will take place on 2 May 2024.

Read more Special Event – Windmill 10k Remembrance – 12.11.23 Notification from LCC

A local photography competition was launched by St. Anne’s Town Council’s working group Town & Environmental Network in 2023 and closed on July 31st. There was a considerable degree of local talent entered but a decision was made by the T.E.N. working Group to award the winning photograph to Gary Lovatt. The announcement was made at the St. Anne’s Music Festival and was presented by the Town Mayor Councillor Shirley Green who awarded the amateur photographer with a framed print of his winning photograph. Thank you to all the photographers who took part. The competition will return in 2024.
