The Town Council takes photographs to promote the town of St. Anne’s. The Town Council does not use this data for any other purposes; the data is kept securely.
The Town Council always seeks to obtain consent from individuals before a photograph is taken however this is not possible at larger events. Every effort is made to ensure individuals are not recognised, however again this is not always achievable. If you are identified within a photograph without your consent, you have the right to rectify mistakes, erase, restrict, or object. Please contact the Town Council if you wish to do this.
